This study deals with a valuable manuscript on the interpretation of Surat Al- Duha by the scholar Muhammad bin Badr Al-Din Mahmoud Al-Mughalawi(940AH), one of the scholars of the ninth century AH, entitled: Enlightening Al-Duha In Glorifying The Stature of The Mustafa This manuscript was chosen because it contains beautiful interpretation, and many influential spiritual expressions, in addition to its detailed and unique way in highlighting on the beauty of Surat Al-Duha, which gave the manuscript a scientific value. For this reason, I turned my attention to this manuscript so that it would be available to researchers and readers in an easy and accessible way, using the exact scientific method in investigating manuscripts as adopted by scholars. As for the description of the manuscript, it is 74 leaves, and it has four copies, the first is in the Shahid Ali Pasha Library attached to Sulaymaniyah in Istanbul and is symbolized by the letter (A), and the second is in the Rashid Effendi Library attached to the People's Milliyet Library of Archaeological Manuscripts in Ankara and symbolized by the letter {B} The third copy is in the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Library in Madinah, and the fourth copy is in the library of the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai, I couldn't get the third and the forth copy because my efforts to contact these libraries were failed. In this thesis, the researcher in the study chapter translated the author, introduced his method of interpretation, and counted his sources, which were 157 books, and in the Investigation chapter the manuscript is rewritten, and the end of the words was controlled, the vague words were explained, and some problematic issues were clarified.
