Dîvân of Muhibbi (1500-2000. Ghazals)(Context Index and Functional Dictionary)

The words and the sentences formed by their succession are important in terms of giving multi-layered meaning to the texts. At the beginning of the elements that make the texts comprehensible, the historical transformations imposed on the meanings of the words, the periodic usage forms, the expressions of the patterns and the effects of the periodic sociological phenomena and events of the texts cannot be underestimated. TEBDİZ (Contextual Index and Functional Glossary of Historical and Literary Texts) is a project of the works carried out in order to enter the deep and periodic world of Divan literature, and to reveal its vocabulary in a way suitable for the spirits and enthusiasm of the poets of the period. The aim of this study is to create a data entry, dictionary and information pool in the electronic environment and to evaluate the texts in a contextual way within the scope of TEBDİZ Project, 500 gazels (1500-2000. Ghazals) of Muhîbbî (Kânûnî Sultan Süleyman), known as "the most wonderful den among the sultan poets, were loaded into the system and the contextual index of the ghazals was established. The publication is based on the study conducted by Kemal Yavuz and Orhan Yavuz called "Muhibbî Dîvanı- Whole Poems". In this study, contextual index and functional dictionary obtained by the poet's language used in the gazelle, word richness, world and the Hereafter, life perspective, social and psychological interactions, a rich content is presented for the rules and rules of social life.
