Court comment of Şerh-i Gulistân of Muhyiddîn bin YahyâFakîh Kızılhisari (between 12b and 62a leaves)

In this study, 'the leaves between 12b and 62a of the work named Şerh-i Gulistân' which was written by Muhyiddîn Bin Yahyâ Fakîh Kızılhisarî in the 16th century has been given as transcribed text and studied in different ways. İntroductory chapter deals with the definition of şerh and mentions other terms which can be evaluated within the same meaning with it. After general evaluation about the tradition of şerh at Turkish Literature, it has been presented the biography of Sadî-i Şîrâzî and his works and introduced to the work named Gulistân of Sadî and Gulistân's şerh and translations at Turkish Literature. In the end of chapter one, it has been given the obtained information about the biography of Muhyiddîn Bin Yahyâ Fakîh Kızılhisarî. At second chapter, the book Şerh-i Gulistân has been studied under two titles based on şerh-translation and şârih mütercim, it has been discussed the methods applied to Şerh-i Gulistân by examinig the other methods of Şerh and translation in our literature and it has been tried to determine the work's special place in the tradition of şerh and translation. The third chapter includes the leaves between 12b and 62a of the work which has been latinized as transcribed text. In the consequence of study, it has been tried to adress which methods Muhyiddîn Bin Yahyâ Fakîh Kızılhisarî had used in Gulistān which is SaǾdî's well-known work, the work's significance in tradition of şerh and tradition and literary materials it consists.
