The restriction of the property rights in terms of the neighbourhood law

If we take a look at the restriction of property rights interms of neighbourhood law which we studied in this research; we can clearly see these restrictions have occured related to consequnce of the social life. By restrictions of neighbourhood law that include the duties of endurance and avoidence, it is emphasized that the right of property is not unlimited and also it is only used freely within the legal boundaries. Before the restrictions are examined separately, the concept of neighbors is discussed in the study. And then, the conditions under which each constraint is carried out, obligations of the parties and legal qualifications of restrictions are examined in light of doctrine views and The decisions of the Supreme Court.
