La protection des oeuvres multimédia dans le cadre du droit d'autheur

The multimedia works, which have a complex nature, have been arisen from the development of the technology. The existence of the economic power increases the need to protect the multimedia works and in practice, the practitioner has tried to find out solutions within the framework of contract law for the legal protection of such works. However, for now there is no legal system defining and stipulating a protection system specific for the multimedia works. At this point, the problem whether the current legal system is sufficient to protect the multimedia works has been occurred. This study aims to define the multimedia works and to analyze the sufficiency and compatibility of the current copyright law system with respect to the multimedia works.
