Evaluation of kitchen built-in options with AHP and TOPSIS methods

Özet (EN)

In this study, the products of the 5 most important companies that supply electronic products such as dishwashers, hoods, cookers, air conditioners to be placed in the houses for the companies dealing with the housing construction business were evaluated. In the study; 5 main criteria being Cost, Product Quality, Compliance with Commitment Period, Faulty Product Rate, Technical Service and a total of 17 sub-criteria of these main criteria were used to evaluate the products of the suppliers. In order to get expert help in the research, 6 housewives who use the products of the aforementioned supplier companies were interviewed and their opinions and opinions were obtained. In the study, the weighting process of the criteria to be used to evaluate the products of the supplier companies handled by using the AHP method, one of the MCDM methods, and the ranking of the alternatives with the TOPSIS method were performed. In the research, both the decision matrices used in the weighting process of the criteria and the qualitative methods were used because the data of the suppliers' products were obtained based on the expert opinions for use in the TOPSIS method. According to the results of the evaluation of the suppliers' products obtained by the TOPSIS method, respectively; values of 0.577, 0.318, 0.152, 0.690, 0.456 were obtained. Evaluation result ranking; Supplier - D, Supplier - A, Supplier - E, Supplier - B, Supplier - C.
