Comparison of the Mutûn al-Arba'a within Kitab al-Buyû'

In this study, the comparison of the Buyû' sections of the Mutûn al-Arba'a books is the subject matter. The aim of our study is to determine the difference in the authentic books of the Hanafî Madhab and to what extent it is affected by the books that have been copyrighted before. We believe that our study will contribute to the field in terms of revealing the difference in the authentic texts of the Hanafi furû' fiqh. Our work consists of two sections. In the first section, the Hanafi Mutûn tradition, Mutûn-i al-Arba'a and its authors are briefly discussed. In the second section, the comparison of the Buyû' sections of the Mutûn al-Arba'a books and the extent to which they were influenced by the books prior to the Mutûn al-Arba'a are discussed. Consequently, it has been determined that there are differences between the books of Mutûn al-Arba'a, although there are authentic books of the Madhab, and they were influenced by the books before the Mutûn al-Arba'a in some respects.
