A study of program development toward individual voice education course for music teacher training

In this research, the aim is to make a study for improving Individual Voice Education course program in the Music Education License program.In the study, two research techniques are used; Scanning Technique and Qualitative Research Technique and the results are found by:?Literature Scanning?Interviews with Individual Voice Education Professors, Candidate Music Teachers and already working Music teachers?Scales based on Candidate teachers? needs analysis.This study is based on the data obtained by the researches on Education Faculties?, Departments of Music Education which has at least 25 years of experience.Objectives and target behaviors are determined according to the results of needs analysis; related education styles are organized and evaluation scale is developed.Hopefully, this study will be combined with the modern program development mentality and will be an example for music education program development studies.Key Words: Music Teacher, Individual Voice Education, Program Development
