A study on the relationship perception of social capital between job satisfaction of the music teacher in the school

The aim of this research is toreveal the relationship between the levels of social capital perceived by the music teachers in educational institutions and job satisfaction. There search takes shape a screening model of quantitative research methods. The scope of research composes of 268 music teachers who works in Gaziantep province in 2015-2016. The sample of theresearch is selected 151 music teachers. "Social Capital Scale" and "Job Satis faction Scale" areused as data collections tools in the survey. The data has collected for the study, t-test and one-way ANOVA parametric tests, Kruskal Wallis H test non-parametric tests are applied and weighted mean and Standard deviations are calculated. Moreover to be able to investigate profoundly 20 teachers were interviewed and the qualitative data which was collected was analyzed with the help of content analysis method. According to the results of the research, there is a significant correlation determined among music teacher's perception social capital and level of job satisfaction. Moreover, participants are made suggestions for sharing of information, increasing communication among groups, supporting sense of justice, reliance and belonging in social activities and making physical facilities increase.
