Özet (EN)

In this study research was conducted on in vitro clonal propagation of dwarf peach rootstock Myrabolan 29C and almond-plum rootstock Garnem (GN15) varieties. Shoot tip, leaf, and petiole explants from 2-3 years old rootstocks were cultured on Murashige and Skoog media (1962)-MS containing Gamborg B5 vitamins. In shoot inducing experiments, the highest shoot proliferation (3.0) and shoot lenght (18.67 mm) in Myrabolan 29C occurred in 4 mg l-1 KIN containing modified MS media. Although no shoot proliferation was induced in Garnem, callus development occurred. Leaf and petiole explants of rootstocks failed to induce shoot formation, instead calli were produced. In the case of sibling inducing experiments, average of three offsprings for each shoot tip were generated in Myrabolan 29C, and the highest shoot number (4.778) was obtained in 2.0 mgl-1 BAP+2.0 mgl-1 KIN+0.5 mgl-1 NAA containing modified MS media. The highest shoot length (11.167 mm) formation was induced in 1.0 mgl-1 BAP+1.0 mgl-1 KIN+0.5 mgl-1 IBA containing modified MS media. Calli and leaf formation occurred when the shoot tips of Garnem were cultured. Root inducement experiments on shoot tips of Myrabolan 29C and Garnem explants resulted calli formation.
