Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, fast development of technology and chemical industry causes environmentalproblems. In this fact, scientists aimed to produce safer chemicals and processes for humansand environment. This orientation brings out the term of `Green Chemistry? that focused onminimisation or elimination of waste and solvent use, using of safer chemical processes andproducts, designing more energy efficient processes, using of more environmantal friendlyraw materials.Development of microwave technology gains importance with term of green chemistry overthree decades. Use of microwave in chemical synthesis leads to enhanced reaction rates,higher yields and cleaner reactions. At the same time, it greatly reduces use of chemicals andamount of waste in reaction media.Pyrrole and its derivatives exist not only in structure of living materials such as hemoglobinbut also in structure of natural or synthetic compounds which show biological activities. Inaddition, they are found in the structure of dyes, photographic chemicals, perfums, catalysts,conducting polymers and starting materials for synthesis of biologically importantcompounds.This study planned after a wide literature surveys includes a new synthetic method of N-substituted pyrrole derivatives from the reaction of cis-1,4-dichloro-2-butene with aminecompounds. Reactions occur in solvent free silica gel supported conditions under microwaveradiation. The structure of all new pyrrole derivatives are determined by using IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS spectroscopic data, respectively.Keywords: Pyrrole, N-substituted pyrrole, chiral, optical activity, microwave, greenchemistry, biological activity.
