Synthesis of organic dyes with n-type semiconductor characteristics

In this study, the selected group of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophenyl and additionally containing different side groups, included in the class of organic dyes some n-type semiconductor featured azlactone derivatives were synthesized. Synthesized derivatives of all, separation and purification of the chromatographic method performed and were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopic method. UV-Vis absorption and emission spectra of all n-type organic dye derivatives have been taken and photophysical parameters have been determined
