Abstract (EN)

This study is based on the poems of Nâbî, one of the 17th century poets, in his verse and prose works. It was prepared to reveal the characteristics of the Prophet. Classification is made according to the general framework created for the qualifications, and Hz. Firstly, the human aspect of the Prophet and then the divine aspect were discussed. According to the intensity of the topics in the poems, different sources were scanned and explained, and then related couplets were included. In the introduction part of the study, information about the importance, purpose, method and scope of the research is given, and the reference works are introduced. In the first part, Hz. The influence of the Prophet on the works of ancient Turkish literature is explained over the genres. In the second chapter, the life, literary personality and works of Nâbî, who is the representative of the Hikemi school, are explained. In the third part, which is the main purpose of the study, the poems obtained by scanning all of Nâbî's works were classified according to predetermined qualities and placed in accordance with the titles according to the meaning they contain. In the fourth chapter, general information about the Mevlid-i Nebî celebrations made in that period was tried to be obtained from the poems of Nâbî. Nâbî's Hz. His love for the Prophet, prayer and salawat couplets were evaluated. As the last topic of the same chapter, Esmâ-i Nebî was approached in terms of the epithet concept, whose name is found in epics. In the fifth part, which is the conclusion part of the thesis; In Nâbî's poems, Hz. It was stated which qualities of the Prophet brought forward, and a general evaluation was made about the data obtained in the thesis study. Keywords: Nâbî, Hz. Prophet, Qualification, Epithet
