Abstract (EN)
One of the essential factors in establishing historical Turkish states and emperorships was the fighting enthusiasm of the Turks. As known military units of different Turkish tribes passed their army services not only in the military regiments of the Turkish states but also in the military fields of other states and emperorships. Right Kangarli-Nakhchivanly are of this kind of tribes. One knows that 6 generals in the XIX-XX centuries represented this generation respectively. The life and army activity of Jamshid Nakhchivanly, the last general of Kangarli-Nakhchivanly was investigated in the dissertation. İt is necessary to stress that this dissertation may be considered the first research work in historicritics in Azerbaijan and Turkey dedicated to the life and activity of Jamshid Nakhchivanly. When investigating the dissertation work general theoretical and special historical investigation methods were involved to the work and along with this all events and processes were searched with scientific principles. The Kengerly traces to which also Jamshid Nakhchivanly was included and as well as the place and role of the Khan Nakhchivanis are dealt in the first chapter of the dissertation. Also first years of his life and early periods of his army services, but in the second chapter about his army services in the Tsar Russia and later on during the first Azerbaijan Republic periods, in the same time Jamshid Nakhchivani's miilitary service and activities and as well as his death in repression years and decree on his pardening are thoroughly investigated in the third chapter of the dissertation respectively.
