Defining professional qualification of the personel working on the industry of embriodery and the model of program based on proficiency

The aim of this research is to create a program model, while defining the qualifications of the people whom are wanted and needed for the working area through the professional qualifications determined and accepted by business field.The placement of the research is the eighty small, medium and large embroidery companies. The sample of the research is formed by the one hundred forty two experts who are believed to be chosen and represent this field from the thirty eight companies which are connected with. The sample is formed by the companies who accepted to be involved in.While creating this program embroidery training, a working analysis is applied to the experts for the aim of determining the task groups for the field of embroidery. In conclusion of the analysis, six task groups defined as `designer, drawer, signer, sampler, machinery, quality controller and the quality controller part? consist of six groups including repairer and cleaner. Inquires are carried out to the experts to determine the priority and the working description of these groups? proficiency (designer, drawer, signer, sampler, machinery, quality controller and quality controller including repairer and cleaner). The data, firstly recorded to the data coding forms. And then, to make the necessary statistical analysis on the data which is corporate, excel and SPSS 13.0 are used. Frequency is scheduled calculating per cent and arithmetical average.According to the results and comments of the research, it is clear that most of the professional qualifications about six task groups are pretty necessary. Due to these results the general structure of training program is formed. Proficiency training for each task groups is needed while forming the program, however a different task branch is chosen as a supplementary branch. Also embroidery training program is offered as a certificated program in order to supply a profession for the primary school graduates.It is thought that after preparing this program model, the embroidery graduate will be more easily educated and they will be more profitable and successful.
