Özet (EN)

The performance of a diesel engine radiator with nano fuelling Studies performed in recent times, solid particles in 10-15 nanometer size added into traditional cooling viscous therefore heat transfer performances had been tried to be improved. Antifreeze /water mixtures used in cooling systems don't have so much high heat transfer capacity. Through using nano viscous, heat capacities of those viscous will be more efficient. Motors that were designed with nano viscous and having heat changers will be able to operate in more coherent temperature. In the scope of this thesis, heat conductivity of nano-components adding into cooling viscous used in motor cooling system had been tried to be increased. The mixture will be prepared through adding nano-components, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, Fe3O4, ZnO, ZrO2 into cooling fluid. Heat conductivity measuring device had been used to determine thermophysical features of new mixtures. At the end of performed studies, upon adding nano-viscous into cooling viscous, because heat transfer coefficients of nano-viscous is high; it had been observed that so much heat had been transferred comparing to traditional cooling viscous in unit time. Key Words: Cooling system, thermal conductivity, Nano viscous
