Abstract (EN)

In this study, without using any other coinitators, the thioxanthone derivative photoinitiatorsTX-A, TX-SH, TXSCH2COOH ve TXOCH2COOH are used in P-3016 ve TPGDA acrylatesystem for determination of polymerization rate, conversion % and heat flow of nanoparticlesadded and non-added formulations by using Photo-Differential Scanning Calorimetry (Photo-DSC). By using heat flow of Photo-DSC, rate of polymerization (H) and conversionpercentage of monomer were calculated. The formulations with and without nanoparticleswere cured by using Real Time-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (RT- FTIR) and the% conversion from monomer to polymer were calculated. Formulations were coated on 60?m polytetrafloroetilen (teflon) that were treated with Polivaks before. After coating, theseformulations were cured by UV curing system and the equipment that was used was MiniUV- Curing machine at speed of 5 m/min. The UV-Cured films were seperated from teflonplate and then cut into pieces by using 5.3 mm width film cutting aparate. The storagemodulus, lost modulus and Tan d graphs of the prepared film samples were investigated bytreating at range of 100-130 0C temperature, 5 0C/min heating speed and under the tension 0.5N. By determination of maximum points of the graphs Tg values were calculated.Furthermore, the solvent resistance of the films were determiend by cleaning withMethlyethlyketon.Key words: Nanoparticles, TiO2, SiO2, DSC, DMA
