Abstract (EN)
Technology as a matter is a great topic with its continuous development and the use of sustainable quality of Nano technological materials has significance in the contemporary world. Due to the fact that the resources in our habitat became scarce with the way of consumption it is inevitable that we must alter our daily lives including implementation of environmentally friendly and low-maintenance materials. Thus, this study introduces contribution of using Nano technological materials for sustainable life. In the first section, the scope, purpose of the study and the methodological analysis of the study are explained. Later, the definition of nanotechnology is represented, historical development and sectorial distribution of nanotechnology have been discussed from past to present. Furthermore, the initial examples of the use of Nano technological materials are also investigated with benefits and properties of Nano technological materials. Besides, the connection between nanotechnology and architecture has been evaluated. Thereafter, the concept of "sustainability" and "sustainable development" was analyzed. Moreover, the criteria of sustainable construction material selection and the steps to be followed were examined in detail including the information about certification systems. Last but not least, a sampling methodological evaluation has been made through building typologies within Nano technological materials are used commonly which are demonstrated as housing, cultural, educational, and commercial and transportation structures. Hence, we intend to aim for the advantages of Nano technological materials compared to traditional materials. In conclusion, this study brings the new approach for the explanation of the formation of Nano technological materials by improving and using the traditional building materials implemented in a contemporary mechanism with new features and performances. The study notes that this Nano technological process should be intimated with the design process which is the first phase of constructional project. It has been ensured that the usage of materials parallel with a sustainable life has great significance and the introduction of the new generation technology is examined in different building typologies. The implementation of the Nano technological approach is precisely limited in our country, thus the study also aimed to make a proposal for further studies to provide government incentives.
