Abstract (EN)
Ode has an important place in Divan Literature. As ode is mentioned in Divan Literature, the first one coming to mind is the 17th century poet, Nef'i. Nef'i is also known as the praise and satire poet. While Nef'i praises the person praised in his odes, he mentions about the historical, legendary, mythologic people, Iranian poets, prophets, and the religious people in Koran. Nef'i compares the person praised with the historical, legendary, mythologic people, and the party that is always superior has been the person praised. Nef'i also plays a fundamental role with his praising himself in Divan poem. In this section, Nef'i compares himself with Iranian poets. The people and couplets mentioned in our study are dealt with together. Our study is evaluated with the traits of the legendary and mythologic people in Nef'i Divan.
