A Study about the appreciation of usage of river coast urban places

Coastal residencies have become the primary selection by people in recent years to development and re-planning activities they are held subject to. Coastal residencies are turned into environmental values put together by urban unification caused by their being vastly open to public utility, having means to meet cultural and recreational demands. Rivers, which are elements of natural environment, have become significant urban symbols by their different arrangement and relations offered to users. Relation between Skopje, the riverside residency in Macedonia with River Vardar, consist a significant standpoint in terms of providing sources to cause City's coastal plastic formation and for meeting recreational demands of users. Relation between water and coastal residents of river Vardar and present coastal utility ways and manners display effect caused by coastal residencies on the city. Coastal residencies along the river Vardar however share one of mutual problems in coastal rearrangements by having only a limited number of areas for meeting recreational needs of the people arround. Amasya, the other coastal residency provide a strong description of natural environment with its residential site by its rocky surroundings along the Yeşilırmak Valley. Changing public needs and features specific to residencies shared by everyone display the relation of riverside coast of Yeşilırmak to the users. The two riverside residencies provide importance to cities they pass from by means of different environmental conditions and out of line residential arrangements. In this coherence, utilisation forms of coastal residencies are determined and effort had been put into specifying arrangement principles of riverside residencies; recreational needs of people who reside, social perceptive ways and qualifications sought from mutually open residency; sufficiency and practicality of furniture used by city dwellers; their opinion and desires about coastal residency are tried to be determined among residents along the rivers of Vardar and Yeşilırmak. AH this workout is intended to form a database for future planning resolutions to be made. This workout is consisted of six sections: First section, describes the purpose, coverage and method of the workout. Second section provides definition to coastal residency and investigates types of activity taking place on coastal residency. The third section specifies arrangement principles on coastal residency having inspection made on city furniture taking place in variant dimensions. Different examples are given about coastal residency arrangement from our State and around the World.Fourth section describes geographical situation, historical development, nature and environmental data, means of transportation and demographic structure of residency extending along the river Vardar. Land utility and desires of residents are inspected in detailed form of those dwelling on the riverside residence along the river Vardar. Section Five describes geographical situation of riverside residency along Yeşilırmak, its historical development, nature environmental data, transportation system and demographic structur. Land utility along Yeşilırmak riverside residency is taken under inspection together with aim to determine dimensions of dwellers' desire from the area. Sixth section gives the Conclusion and respective recommendations.
