Abstract (EN)

As well as the corporatization, commodification and privatization of public goods so far, due to the globalization process and neoliberal practices that are decisive all over the world, today it is seen that the intervention is now up to the place where people are in for capital accumulation. It is an undeniable reality that a number of local reactions to interference by capital in this space have arisen, citing the fact that the International and its related functioning capital relations are increasingly dominant over the spaces. In response to the displaced forces of Neo-liberal globalization, there is a constant relationship between the local's relocating forces, and the local's relocating forces often arise as a response to the global one. Since the 1980s, Turkey has adopted the basic dynamics of neo-liberal economic policies and has started to fulfill the requirements of articulation with global functioning. Structural adjustment programs in particular play an important role in this process. In this study, it is essential to discuss the process of globalization and its economic outlook through neoliberal policies, how capital relates to places and localities, and the response of the local to this order.
