Özet (EN)

Nepeta betonicifolia and Salvia limbata are species of Lamiaceae family with great characteristics growing in Azerbaijan. Nepeta drought sources are in Eurasia, North Africa and especially in the surrounding of the Mediterranean, in Azerbaijan, especially in Nakhchivan, Talysh, Shusha, Hınalıq, Tufandağ, Oğuz, Bozdağ, Altıağa; Salvia grows in Nakhchivan, Goycay, Ismayilli community, stony south slopes and bushes in Azerbaijan. Nepeta species are used as food, vitamins, medicine (cure) in Azerbaijan, for oil use, as spice and for decorative purposes; Salvia species are used as a vitamin, medicine, decorative and fodder plant. It helps to remove harmful toxins in the body, eliminates bronchitis and asthma hair. It is used to clean the device, aid in the treatment of evacuation benefits, reduce excessive sweating, stress, blood sugar, and as a sedative. It is also used to relieve sore throat, slow down the graying of hair, calm the mind, treat toothaches and mouth sores. The aim of this thesis study was to investigate the biological development of Nepeta betonicifolia and Salvia limbata plants, which have not been studied in the country where it was collected, determined by Gas Chromatography - Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry, which they bring with the oils and hydrolates, and the studies and research on this subject have been carried out.
