Abstract (EN)
In order to survive in competitive markets, the enterprises of globalizing business world are required qualified directors and employees and they should also maintain qualified work force. The enterprises look for answers to the questions about that what kind of management strategy is necessary to be successful and to increase revenue. In this study, of the two strategies, management in the approaches of nepotism and cronyism have been investigated in terms of how successful they are. Consequently, it has been concluded that, of two strategies, nepotism approach has a negative impact and cronyism approach has not a direct influence on performance of employees. In this study, it has been also made some recommendations to managers and academicians on this subject. Key Words : Nepotizm, Cronyism, Employee Performance
