Özet (EN)

In recent years, the global energy transition has gained significant momentum, with substantial investments directed toward renewable energy sources. This transformation is primarily driven by sustainable and environmentally friendly resources such as solar energy. Technological advancements have increased the efficiency of solar power systems while significantly reducing their costs, enabling wider applications and enhancing their competitiveness in the energy sector. Similarly, other renewable sources such as wind energy play a crucial role in this transition. Innovative technologies, including high-efficiency perovskite solar cells, bifacial panels, and AI-based energy management systems, are making solar energy utilization more efficient and sustainable. Hybrid solutions integrating wind energy systems enable more sustainable and efficient energy production by optimizing both sources. Enhancing the interoperability of renewable energy systems not only improves energy production efficiency but also strengthens system stability. In this study, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system was developed to track the performance of solar and wind energy used together. Through this system, the real-time performance of both energy sources can be monitored and optimized. Within the scope of the study, a hybrid circuit was modeled in MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the energy production process. Data obtained from the simulations was transferred to the IoT platform using ThingSpeak and stored and visualized in the cloud. This system simultaneously monitored data from both sources; energy efficiency was optimized by continuously monitoring panel voltage, current, temperature, wind speed, rotor speed, and power values. Furthermore, systems operating in this manner will continuously improve overall system performance, expand maintenance, and minimize energy losses. The integration of IoT and cloud-based technologies with renewable energy systems not only ensures efficient management of both energy sources but also contributes to sustainable energy management. This hybrid model enhances the efficiency and stability of energy systems, offering a practical framework for future real-world applications and innovative solutions for energy management. Thus, it supports the establishment of a more sustainable energy infrastructure by balancing energy production and consumption.
