Political theory and political history within the scope of political science cannot be treated as an independent discipline even though they deal with separate issues. Using this combination of two disciplines that support and guide each other, this thesis provides an analysis of the political history of Germany during the period between the two world wars with using the political perspective of the German philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche. The political developments in Germany in the periods (1918-1939) are an example of Europe, which has witnessed dramatic changes starting from the 17th century. Therefore, this period is an effective historical profile under Nietzsche's critique of modernism. The main topics of this study are the critique of modernism, the will of power and the concept vicious circle, which are the basic dynamics of Nietzsche's political thought. The concept of morality which has a critical importance in terms of understanding Nietzsche's perspective of the existence and the nature of human is given. In addition, in order to create consistency between Nietzsche's ideas and the subject of the thesis, the Nietzsche's concept of history was given and the evaluations were made from this point of view. The evaluations on the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany constitute the political history section of this thesis. In the light of political developments, the period in question was interpreted in accordance with Nietzsche's critique of modernity and the understanding of history.
