Abstract (EN)
Gold nanoelectrode were produced by laser puller method. Gold nanoelectrodes' approximate radius were calculated by cyclic voltammetry in the ferrocene solution. It was also obtained information about surface roughness of nanoelectrodes by means of getting voltammogram. Nanoelectrochemical behaviors in the support electrode solution of different concentrations prepared in different concentrations of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide solutions by using produced nanoelectrodes were examined. The calibration graph was drawn by examining the concentration of current changes by means of square wave voltammetry.
