Sociologically problematize the relationship between qualified education and teacher gender: Çankiri province example

This study aims to problematize sociologically the relationship between the physical and social environment of the school, the school's stakeholders, the academic success of the school and the school's educational policies in an educational institution (school) where the corporate education process and practices take place. In the thesis study, in order to reveal the relationship between teacher gender and qualified education, a field study was carried out in "Şehit Remzi Aslan Primary School", which is the only official primary school in Kızılırmak district of Çankırı province. During the examination of this primary school, personal opinions and experiences of the school administration, teachers and parents were consulted. In this context, it was researched what quality education is and whether the gender of the teacher is effective in a qualified education or not. Qualitative research technique was used in the study.Pre-prepared semi-structured interview forms were given to the participants.Tape recorder was during the interviews.
