Abstract (EN)
Economic power feeds social power. The more economic power people have, the more time they can devote to their social aspects. A person who has not achieved economic power searches for new methods to achieve it, but cannot focus on the social aspect. This is because they must first meet their basic needs, and only after meeting these needs can they allocate time for social activities, and only under these conditions can they establish the balance between private life and work life.In order for countries to develop, it is essential that they develop new technologies. The most important way to develop these technologies is to live them culturally and adapt their lives accordingly. Technology directs the economy with each new breakthrough it brings. When employing those who supply labor, minimum wages should be paid and insurance should be provided for future security. The travel expenses that the personnel have to bear to come to the workplace and the food expenses of the personnel should be covered. We can define the qualified production process as all of the physical and mental abilities that people use and have to use to mobilize to produce useful products.
