Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out as spring time in 2018 and 2019 in order to investigate the effects of microbial, organic and chemical fertilizer applications on yield and yield characteristics, protein content, grain phosphorus content and grain potassium contents of two different chickpea cultivars under Mardin ecological conditions In this study, Arda and Azkan chickpea varieties were used as plant material, also effect of different fertilizers applications, (microbial fertilizer (Bacillus megaterium TV126C for Nitrogen fixation and Bacillus megaterium TV119E and combine Bacillus megaterium TV53D), three organic fertilizers (worm fertilizer 3 kg/ ha -1, chicken 20 tons/ha-1) worm fertilizer (3000 kg/ ha -1)and two inorganic fertilizer (DAP/2 ve DAP) and control) were investigated. The experiment was planned according to a randomized solit block desing voith three replications. Study; output time (days), number of plants per square meter (number), number of flowering (day) ripening time (day), plant height (cm), number of branches per plant (number), number of first pods (cm): number of pods per plant (number) , number of grain per plant (number), hundred grain weight (g), grain yield (kg/da), biological yield (kg/da), harvest index (%), protein content (%), grain phosphorus content (mg) and grain potassium content ( mg). As a result of the research, control parcels had the lowest average values according to the combined data of two years. Plant height (cm), number of branches per plant (number), number of first pods (cm): number of pods per plant (number), number of grains per plant (number), hundred grain weight (g), grain yield (kg), biological yield ( kg), harvest index and protein ratio in terms of the lowest mean values obtained from the control application. The highest mean values were obtained from chicken manure application. The lowest values for grain phosphorus content (mg) and grain potassium content (mg) were obtained from control plots and the highest average values were obtained from farm manure application. In the unit area, Azkan cultivar had 198.0 kg / da and Arda cultivar had 215.6 kg / da for grain yield. The lowest grain yield was obtained from U1 (control) application (177.9 kg / da) and the highest grain yield was obtained from U4 (chicken manure) application with 233.7 kg / da. It has been concluded that the use of chicken manure in chickpea cultivation in our country to create a sustainable agricultural system, increase productivity and protect and improve soil properties. In addition, data were obtained that microbial applications contributed positively to all traits examined and that organic fertilizer applications could be an alternative to chemical fertilizer applications in chickpea cultivation.
