Abstract (EN)

Hotel businesses within the scope of the tourism industry presenting significant progress and development over time. The hotel business sector, which is interactive with technological development and progress, has become facilities that will respond to all kinds of customers at the present time. Tourism companies are classifying in the service industry, and the human factor has a great impact in the success of hotel businesses. The impact of human factor is bringing out the importance of the personnel employed in toourism industry. Enhancement of technology and diversification of the human needs, the use of technological devices in humans has also increased. Within the utilization of technological tools, positive and negative behavioral changes have caused to occur and these behavioral changes had an impact on workplaces too. This situation has led to come out of new terms. The concepts of cyberloafing and nomophobia, which are the subject of thesis, are also very important in this circumstances. In this context, the study is constructed on three parts. In the first chapter, the term of cyberloafing described and apprised about the prior studies. In the second chapter the term of nomophobia described and as in the first chapter, prior studies has been apprised. In the third and last chapter of the study, cyberloafing and nomophobic behaviors of the staff, whose working in tourism facilities, were analyzed in detail.
