Normal distributed assignment model (NDAM) approach and an applying in human resources management

At the human resources management the manager uses the quantitate methods as the other management functions. The one of the most used quantitate methods is assignment model that the type of the linear programing. The most problems of the human resources management can be solved by the classical assignment model. In this thesis, different modeling approach is asserted to an assignment problem that the external of the ordinary human resources problems. The Normal Distributed Assignment Model (NDAM) developed based on the normal distribution to fix the distribution of the variable of the assignment model sources that matched normal distribution. In the thesis, structure of NDAM approach is examined carefully and application of NDAM on a on a human resources problem is given. The computation datas and the solving problem is made by MS Excel and Lingo 9.0, and the statistical tests are made by SPSS 16.0 programs.
