Abstract (EN)
Those employees until today how you can benefit from the highest level of past history, transportation concerns of employees to higher levels of performance at work has been the issue of the employer. There are several employees in exchange for the efforts of outside salary expectations from the manager and the organization. In this study, the aim of employees, to understand what they expect from life to work award manager. Thus, the appropriate employees, the rewards can be detected correctly. Awards to honor employees as they help to better adapt to the corporate culture as well. Awards are also employees, managers, the agency is developing relationships and loyalty. In this study, the main purpose of THY staff motivation to provide the reward scheme for staff's expectations according to whether or not, and staff to get reward in line with expectations of staff motivation is to investigate the effects of job satisfaction and productivity. The work there has been no study on the subject of compliance with the expectations of the staff of the actual prize is the most important factor in making the organization. "Expected Reward" has a statistically significant relationship between "Job Satisfaction", "Sustainability on Work", and "Eficiency on Organization", Concrete Rewards have significant negative relationship with "Social Status" and "Promotion Opportunities".
