Abstract (EN)

One of modern management tools are motivation. Motivation is one of the effective tools of the manager?s. By motivation, the physical mental and spiritual strength of employees? much more work is trying to be transferred to the production process. One of the ways of increasing the employees? motivation is to reward employees.The purpose of this study, is to examine whether the rewarding system established at the enterprises affects the employees motivation or not. For this purpose, it is trying to be identified through the survey that what the employees working at Gama Industries Inc. thinks about the motivation by rewarding.Working in the theoretical part, have been benefiting from the local and foreign scientists? book and articles. The study consists of three parts. Motivation in the first chapter of its definition, importance, process, theory of motives and identifying the importance of motivation rewarding. In the second chapter, conceptual framework of reward system, reward type, reward and reward systems of classification are described. In the third chapter, the questionnaire organized according to the five liker scale was applied to business. The data collected from the enterprises through the survey is analyzed and interrelated. In the evaluation part, by using statistical methods is reached to the resultr.Key Words: Motivation, Motivation Theories, Rewarding, Reward Systems, Reward Types.
