Abstract (EN)
The applicability of the Student-Parent-School Contract which was prepared by Ministry of Education in 2005, and which has been issued in Reports Bulletin, was presented in this research by taking the views of teachers and principals into consideration.The total population of the survey is composed of the teachers and directors working in the Public primary schools in Muş ? Varto district. Sample was not carried out in the research and the total population was reached by taking the whole.Descriptive qualitative method was used throughout this research. The views of the teachers on the Student- Parent ?School contract were obtained after analyzing the contract text, by means of the questionnaire technique developed by the researcher. The views of the principals, taking part in the population were obtained by face to face interviews, depending on the structured interview form, as the number of the directors was few.Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation methods were used in analyzing the data.According to the results obtained from the survey, teachers and principals have generally found the Student?Parent-School contract adequate,in terms of preparation.
