The relationship between organizational creativity and being a learning organization level

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between primary school teachers' perceptions of learning organization and organizational creativity. For this purpose, the factors affecting the perception of primary school teachers' learning organization and the factors related to organizational creativity perception levels were examined. Descriptive scanning and relational screening patterns from general ofurvey models were used in the study. The universe of the study consists of teachers in the primary school who work in Van Province in the academic year of 2017-2018. The study population consists of 1099 primary school teachers in İpekyolu, Tuşba and Edremit districts. 35 schools were identified from schools where the number of teachers are 25 and over. Therefore, no sample was taken. In these schools, 855 teachers were administered scales and 501 scales were taken. The sample of the study was chosen by non-selective objective sampling technique. The data of the study were obtained by using (Organizational Creativity Scale en developed by Balay (2010) and ada Organizational Creativity Scale en developed by the quantitative data collection tool Güçlü and Türkoğlu (2003). Perception Scale for Learning Organization; Maktad Personal Domination ır, "Mind Models", "Shared Vision", izyon System Thought "and" Team Learning ni. The scale consists of 5-point Likert-type assessment scale and 42 items. Organizational creativity scale; It consists of three dimensions: individual, managerial and social dimension. The scale consists of 5-point Likert-type Assessment Scale and 39 items. Descriptive analyzes (percentage, standard deviation, variance, arithmetic mean, frequency, standard error), parametric difference tests (t-test and ANOVA), and correlation analysis were used in data analysis. With scale forms prepared for the purpose of collecting data, the researcher led the scales to the schools. Teachers participated in voluntary participation. As a result of the study, it was concluded that primary school teachers' perceptions between the learning organization and organizational creativity perceptions. Have a singnficant, positive and high level relation. In this context, perceptions of the learning organization and perception of organizational creativity were high in the level of primary school teachers.
