Investigation of the relationship between teachers 'perception in accordance with teacher burnout ofleadership style of school directors

The purpose of this research is to indicate the relation between school directors' leadership styles and the teachers burnout levels according to the teachers' perception. Determination the level of interactions and the relations between the variables is also purpose of this search. This research, uses survey model and it has an scientific qualifications. In the study; linearity of the relationship between the variables was measured by the correlation coefficiency. Then, the sub problems of study were tested using regression and hierarchical regression. In the analysis of data related to demographic variables, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) tests were used. The Tukey HSD test was used to determine the origins of difference between variables of the analysis. The universe of this research includes the primary school teachers working in Hatay Province: Antakya, Defne and Yayladağı countries. "Cluster Sampling Method" was used in order to select 298 primary school teachers from the the universe of this research. In the study; "Personal Information Form" was used determine the teachers' personal information. In addition, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and Burnout Inventory was used to determine the opinions of teachers . Keywords: Leadership, Burnout, Principals, Teachers
