Relationship Between Spiritual Leadersship And Teamwork According To Teacher Perceptions The general aim of this study is to examine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of spiritual leadership and teamwork. The population of the research consists of teachers working in preschools, primary schools, middle schools, and high schools in the city center of Elazığ during the 2022-2023 academic year. The sample of the study was determined using quota sampling, and data were collected from 408 teachers working at various levels. A correlational model was employed in the study. Data were collected through the Administrator Spiritual Leadership Scale, Teamwork Scale, and a personal information form prepared by the researcher. Statistical software was used for the analysis of the data in the research. As the obtained data satisfied the assumptions of normal distribution, t-tests were conducted to determine whether perceptions of spiritual leadership and teamwork differ according to gender and marital status. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to investigate potential differences based on age, professional seniority, field of expertise, educational background, and school type. Pearson correlation analysis was employed to examine the relationship between spiritual leadership and teamwork, and Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted to predict the impact of spiritual leadership on the perception of teamwork. The analysis results revealed that perceptions of spiritual leadership and teamwork were at a high level. It was observed that perceptions of spiritual leadership and teamwork did not differ significantly in any sub-dimensions based on gender, field of expertise, and age. However, marital status was found to significantly affect the perceptions of sense-making, productivity/commitment, and vision. The variable of educational level was also identified to have a significant impact on perceptions of spiritual leadership and teamwork. Teachers working at the primary school level were found to have higher levels of hope, belief, and altruistic love perceptions compared to those working at the preschool level. Additionally, when examining the differentiation related to the educational background, it was determined that perceptions of productivity/commitment were higher among teachers with a bachelor's degree compared to those with a postgraduate degree. Pearson Correlation Analysis in the study indicated a significant relationship between spiritual leadership and teamwork. The results of Multiple Regression Analysis suggested that the perception of spiritual leadership accounted for approximately 33% of the total variance.
