A research on teachers' thoughts about educational productivity

KEY WORDS : productivity, school, teacher, student, education. Teacher is the most important factor to increase the education quality in our schools. Because, the quality of the teacher will determine the quality of the students. To apply the productivity principles is the basic means of increasing quality in education sector like in other professions. The productivity of the teacher will help to increase the quality of the education. There are lots of factors which affect teachers' productivity positive or negative. It is necessary to disappear the negative factors and support the positive ones. The survey is applied on teachers who work at high schools in the center of Adapazari. The aim of the research is to reveal the factors which affect teachers' productivity from their sides. VI
