The level of social anxiety in teachers and analysis of communication skills in would examined terms of some variables

The main purpose of this study is to examine the level of social anxiety and communication skills in terms of some variables in the teachers. Data were collected from the teachers in Eskişehir. 188 teachers ( 107 women, 81 man) participated voluntarily in the research. As data collection tool; Communication Skills Scale, Social Anxiety Scale were used. Descriptive statistics, anova, correlation, regression analysis were used in the study. There was a significant correlation between teachers' communication skills and social anxiety levels. Teachers with more communication skills show lower levels of social anxiety and lower distributions on the negative side. Keywords: Teacher, Communication Skills, Social Anxiety
