Abstract (EN)
This research was carried out with the aim of determining the relationship between schools' DNA profiles and organizational happiness according to teachers' perceptions. The research sample consists of 404 teachers working at primary and secondary public schools in Rize. The research model is correlational survey model. As a result of the research, it has been found out that school DNA profiles has no meaningful difference in the variables of gender and school type; nevertheless, there is a meaningful difference in the variables of age, seniority and education level of teachers. According to teachers' perceptions, the resilient organization has the highest perception level. Additionally, teachers' level of organizational happiness didn't show any meaningful difference in the variables of age, seniority and education level; but it showed a meaningful difference in the variables of gender and school type. At the end of the research, it has been discovered a positive relationship between healthy organizations and organizational happiness; a negative relationship between unhealthy organizations and organizational happiness. Finally, school DNA profiles predict organizational happiness in a meaningful way and explain 35% of the variation occurred in organizational happiness.
