Association teacher's perceptual mobbing level with organizational socialization and organizational commitment and organizational loneliness levels

The general aim of this study determine the association teacher's perceptual mobbing level with organizational socialization and organizational commitment and organizational loneliness levels. This study designed in accordance with the survey screening model and population of this study consisted of 1022 teacher working at highschools in Elazig city in the 2018-2019 academic year.600 teachers had returned as this study based on to be valunteerism. That 600 teacher consists of this study's sample. When the survey's have been checked it was determined 43 surveys was not available for analysis and that surveys removed from analysis. At the reason of this analysises had been performed with remaning 557 surveys. In this study, Personal Information Form was applied to measure teacher's demographic information in sapmple, Organizational Sosialization Scale was applied to measure teacher's organizational sosialization, Organizational Commitment Scale was applied to measure teacher's organizational commitment and Loneliness At Work Scale was applied to measure teacher's organizational loneliness. Substances pool consisted of 10 matter had been prepared to measure teacher's perceptual mobbing level. 7 removed from substances pool with expert opinion and firstly Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) had been applied to the remaining 12 substances. At the and of this number of substances had been reduced to 6. After that Perceptual Mobbing Scale (PMS) have been consisted appliying Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).Analysis of data set obtained as a result of this study have been performed by using SPSS (Statistical Package fort the Social Sciences) 22.0 packet program. To explain the demographic informations of participating teachers statically have been used analysis techniques of percentage, average, and standart deviation. To determine the direction of relationship between perceptional mobbing and organizational socialization's subdimension and organizatinal commitment's subdimension and organizational loneliness's subdimension Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis was applied. Significance level was accepted as p <0.05. To determine relationship beetween perceptual mobbing and gender and branch, Independet two sample t test was applied. . To determine relationship beetween perceptual mobbing and seniority and staff type, one way analysis of variance test was applied. Two independent samples t-test was applied to determine the relationship between sub-dimensions of organizational socialization, organizational commitment and organizational loneliness, and gender and branch variables. Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis was applid to determine the relationship between age and seniority continuous variables and one-way analysis of variance test was used to determine the relationship with the staff type variable. According to the findings; It is concluded that there is a significant and negative relationship between perceptual mobbing and all sub-dimensions of organizational socialization. It was concluded that perceptual mobbing has a significant and positive relationship with emotional deprivation dimension of organizational loneliness Perceptual mobbing has a significant and negative relationship with social friendship dimension,of organizational loneliness and perceptual mobbing has significant and negative relationship with continued commitment dimension of organizational commitment.
