The "Techno-pedagogical Education Competency Scale" developed by Kabakçı Yurdakul, Odabaşı, Kılıçer, Çoklar, Birinci and Kurt (2012), and the "Individual Innovativeness" scale developed by Hurt, Joseph and Cook (1977) and adopted intoTurkish culture by Kılıçer and Odabaşı (2010), were used for the research.
