The research sample consists of 575 teachers working at the official primary, secondary and high school levels in the central district of Düzce province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The "Organizational Justice Scale" adapted to Turkish by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and Polat (2007) and the "Motivation Scale" by Uçar (2015) are used for data collection. According to the findings, it was seen that the organizational justice perception levels of the teachers were above the medium level. The organizational justice perception levels of the teachers do not differ significantly according to the variables of gender, education level, age and seniority. A significant difference was found between the organizational justice perception level of the teachers and the education level they worked at. It was determined that teachers' motivation levels are high. The motivation levels of the teachers do not differ significantly according to the variables of gender, education level, education level, age and seniority. There is a moderate positive relationship between teachers' organizational justice perception levels and their motivation levels. According to another finding, it was concluded that teachers' organizational justice perceptions significantly predicted teachers' motivation.
