Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between teachers' organizational commitment and their perceptions of school climate and their life satisfaction. Relational scanning model was used in the research. The research population consists of teachers working in official primary, secondary and high schools in Rize in the 2019-2020 academic year. The sample consists of 519 teachers randomly selected from these schools. Personal Information Form, Organizational Commitment Scale, School Climate Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale were used to collect data. The data obtained from the research were analyzed with the SPSS 22 package program. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a moderate, linear, positive and statistically significant relationship between organizational commitment and school climate and life satisfaction. In addition, normative commitment level contributed significantly to the school climate and all sub- dimensions explained the change in school climate by 26 percent; It was concluded that emotional commitment level and normative commitment level contributed significantly to life satisfaction and all sub-dimensions explained the change in life satisfaction by 19 percent.
