Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between secondary education teachers' organizational forgiveness perceptions and the level of organizational happiness. The research designed in relational screening model. Sampling consists of teachers working in high schools in the city center and districts of Trabzon during the academic year of 2018-2019. Random sampling method was used to determine the sample of the study. In this context, the research was conducted with a total of 346 teachers. Personal Information Form, Organizational Forgiveness Scale and Organizational Happiness Scale were used as data collection tools. As a result of the analysis, it was found that teachers' perceptions of organizational forgiveness were average and organizational happiness were high. In the research, it was fixed that there was a low level significiant positive correlation between organizational forgiveness and organizational happiness perceptions of teachers. Additionally, it was concluded that organizational forgiveness behavior is a significant predictor of organizational happiness perceptions of teachers.
