Examining the relationship between teacher's perceptions of organizational image and their organizational happiness

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between teacher's perceptions of organizational image and their organizational happiness. The sample of the research consist of 250 teachers working in 19 secondary education instituons affiliated to MEB in the central district of Giresun province in the 2020- 2021 academic year. Due to the fact that the research data were obtained during the covid19 pandemic process, the forms were collected online and face- to- face. Relational screening model was used in the research. Personel informaton form, 'Organizational İmage Scale' and ' Organizational Happiness Scale' were used to collect data in the study. While analyzing data, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes were used. According to the results of the research, it has been seen that there is a moderately positive and significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational image and their organizational happiness. At the same time, it has been seen that my teachers' organizational image perceptions are a significant predictor of their organizational happiness.
