Abstract (EN)
daha sonra doIn this study, the relationships between positive psychological capital perceptions and prosocial motivations. The research was conducted using the relational survey model, one of the quantitative methods. The study population consists of 4,978 teachers working in Siirt province, and the sample consists of 374 teachers selected with the stratified sampling method. Data were collected using the "Positive Psychological Capital Perceptions Scale" developed by Tösten and Özgan (2014) and the "Prosocial Motivation Scale" developed by Grant and Sumanth (2009) and adapted to Turkish by Kesen and Akyüz (2016). Descriptive statistics, difference tests (t-test, Anova) and relationship tests (correlation, regression) were applied in the analysis of the data. The results of the study showed that there was a moderate positive relationship between teachers' positive psychological capital perceptions and their prosocial motivation. It was determined that especially the components of psychological resilience and hope were important in predicting prosocial motivation. In addition, it was determined that gender, age, seniority and branch factors created significant differences in terms of demographic variables on psychological capital and prosocial motivation levels. These findings show that programs and institutional supports that develop teachers' psychological capital can play an important role in increasing their prosocial motivation. ldurulacaktır
