This research is shaped in accordance with the relational screening model by using quantitative research method, one of the scientific research methods. The target population of the study consists of 9807 teachers working at different levels in the public sector in Ordu in the 2021-2022 academic year. 437 teachers selected through simple random sampling constitute the sample of the research. In the study, questionnaires consisting of 3 sections were used as a data collection tool. In the first part of the survey form, there is a "Personal Information Form" with demographic information. In the second part, there is the "Scale of Trust in the Administrator" developed by İslamoğlu, Birsel and Börü (2007) to determine the level of trust placed by teachers in the administrator. In the third part, there is the "Organizational Commitment Scale" adapted to Turkish by Dağlı, Elçiçek and Han (2018). The data obtained in the study were analyzed with the help of SPSS 26.0 program. While analyzing the data, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, unrelated group "t" test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Welch Anova, post-hoc techniques, correlation and regression analysis were used. According to the findings obtained as a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that the perception level of the teachers' trust in the administrator was at a very high level and the organizational commitment levels were at a high level. While there was no significant difference in the sub-dimensions and total dimensions of the scale according to the gender, age, professional seniority, education level, boarding status variable of the teachers' trust in the administrator, some sub-dimensions and total dimensions of the scale were found according to the school level, the number of teachers in the school and the school type variable. While there was no significant difference in the sub-dimensions and total dimensions of the scale according to the age, professional seniority, number of teachers in the school, school type variable, some sub-dimensions and total dimensions of the scale were found according to the variable of gender, education level, school level and boarding status of the school. A statistically moderate, positively significant relationship was found between the total scores of teachers' trust perception levels in the administrator and the total scores of organizational commitment levels. According to the results of the regression analysis, it was found that the teachers' trust in the administrator predicted their organizational commitment by 14%.
