Oğuz group adjectives and adverbs in Turkish writing languages

Adjectives are the words that characterize the name by coming in front of the name, while the adverbs are the words that limit the verb in terms of condition, style, place, direction and time. Adjectives can specify the quality of a name, but also the degree of that attribute. In the same way, adverbs limit the meaning of verbs and express how, in what way, that movement takes place, while expressing the scarcity or abundance of it in various ways. Located in Turkey Turkish Oguz group in this study, Azerbaijan Turkish, Turkmen Turkish, which examined how methods of grading and rating in our dialect, such as adjectives and adverbs Turkish Gagauz has been determined. The rating was examined under four sub-headings: one word, at least two words and a group of words. In the grading with the annexes, " + Ik / + Uk, - gylt, + den, + CIk / + CUk, + CAnA, + CAk, + CAğIZ, + CA, + White, + Open, + mI / + mU, + equals, + ja / + je, + jyk / + jik, Imsov, + impulsive ( mitigation) - mtyk / - mtik, - ymtyk / - imtik, - umtyk / - umtik, + mtı + rak ( reduction), + ( I) msI / + ( U) msU, + shin ( decrease), sowult, + rAk " are used. In a single word, the most, more, more, less, humor, a little, qeder, tund, feather, bell, etc. and more than one word while using the words, less output, less, one or two times, a qeder, extremely, a lot, hedden plusq, etc. used. In the grading done in word groups, iterations, reinforcements, case name suffixes and name complementation were included. Rating is one of the important subjects of adjectives and adverbs.
