Abstract (EN)
OHSAS/TS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System is an international standarts that defines a set of occupational health and safety requirements aimed for minimizing the occupational health and safety riks in companies by laws, policies and procedures.In this study, OHSAS/TS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Practices are approached from the worklife quality factors. For this reason, to define the effects on worklife quality, the relationship between OHASA/TS 18001 standarts and worklife are reseached in sample company.As a result of this study, OHSAS/TS 18001 Occuppational Health & Safety practices in companies has positive effects on worklife quality.KEY WORDS : OHSAS/TS 18001 Occupational Healty and Safety Standarts, Worklife Quality
